Signature Restaurant Give Backs
Built for the Community, By the Community
At Haymaker, we operate heavily on a simple philosophy: giving the shirt off our back to support those around us. We believe that hosting community Give Backs is a vital part of being a true neighborhood restaurant concept. It means doing far more than just serving up great scratch-made food—it means actively investing in the families, local schools, and neighborhood churches that make our communities special. Whether it's sponsoring a local youth soccer team, supporting a high school program, or helping a local non-profit raise critical funds, we want to be part of your daily life. When a local hub steps up, neighbors don't just visit the dining room for a meal; they take proud ownership of the brand.
Whether it's sponsoring a local kids' soccer team, supporting a school group, or helping a charity raise funds, we want to be part of your daily life. When a restaurant actively supports its community, guests don't just visit; they take ownership of the experience, making it their Haymaker.

Welcome! You’re on your way to raising critical funds for your cause through our specialized family restaurant Give Backs program. Our custom neighborhood fundraisers are completely hosted in-restaurant, with 20% of eligible sales donated directly back to your local group (subject to meeting the entry event minimums described below).
- K–12 Schools (PTAs/PTOs, STEM Clubs, Senior Prom)
- High School Sports Programs
- Youth Sports Teams (Little League, Soccer, etc.)
- Bands and Music Programs
- Scouts and kids organizations

If your request falls into one of these categories (or one similar) and meets the following guidelines, please submit an application through the form below. Due to the large number of requests we receive, we cannot honor all of them. If your request is approved, we will contact you soon.
We need at least two weeks’ notice in order to schedule your event. This is to give our restaurants time to prepare and you time to promote your fundraiser! We offer our GIVE BACK NIGHTS on SUNDAYS, MONDAYS, and TUESDAYS, depending on the concept and location.
REQUIREMENTS TO QUALIFY FOR THE DONATION OF FUNDRAISER PROCEEDS
In order for purchases to count towards your fundraiser, your supporters must either:
- A. Verbally tell our servers of their participation.
- B. Show a physical fundraiser flyer.
- C. Show a digital flyer on a smartphone or other mobile device.
OPTIONAL DAYS
Sunday, Monday or Tuesday - 4PM to Close
A $150 minimum event sales amount is required to be eligible to receive any donation of event sales.
ELIGIBIILITY
One last thing, let’s make sure we’re a good fit for a partnership! Backpacking in Europe is awesome, but doesn’t fit our criteria for a fundraiser. Before submitting an application, please check the list below to make sure you aren’t fundraising for any of the following causes:
- Individual causes (scholarships, stipends, personal medical expenses)
- For-profit ventures (your startups, businesses, uncle’s ponzi scheme)
- Lobbying or political groups (we just want to feed people, not change their vote)
- Individual study, research or travel grants (summer jam band tours or that backpacking trip we mentioned)
- Anything else we just decide isn’t a fit (believe us, we’ve seen it all)
DISCRIMINATION
Haymaker will not support organizations that discriminate against a person or a group on the basis of age, race, national origin, ethnicity, gender, disability, or religious belief.
